Privacy
Short version: the only personal details this site collects are the ones you type into the contact form, and they are used to reply to you about your car.
Who is responsible
JTD Autos Limited, company number 07760581, of Cloudside Garage, 17 Ilkeston Road, Sandiacre, NG10 5EA. Phone 0115 939 9841.
What this site collects
Only what you put in the contact form: your name, phone number, an email address if you give one, your vehicle details and your message. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything.
There are no analytics, no advertising tags, no social media embeds and no cookies set by this site. Nothing here follows you to another website.
What it is used for
Answering you about the work you asked about, and arranging to book the car in. Your details are not sold, shared with anyone for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted a garage about a job, so replying to you is the obvious use of what you sent.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the same car comes back. Records that relate to work carried out and paid for are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ring 0115 939 9841 or write to the address above and say so.
If you are not happy with how it is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Hosting
This site is served as static files. The host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.
